 Anger Management for healthier & happier life

 The anger management workshop  conducted by Mind Minders Center has been proven    most effective over the years in the  control of Anger; doing so, cognitive behavioral therapy  (CBT) treatments have been found to be effective, time-limited treatments for anger  problems (Beck & Fernandez, 1998;  Deffenbacher, 1996; Trafate, 1995).


 Four types of CBT  interventions, theoretically unified by  principles of social learning theory,  are used when  treating anger disorders: 


Relaxation interventions, which target emotional and physiological components of anger.

• Cognitive interventions, which target cognitive processes such as hostile appraisals and  attributions, irrational beliefs, and inflammatory thinking
• Communication skills interventions, which target deficits in assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
• Combined interventions, which integrate two or more CBT interventions and target multiple response domains (Deffenbacher, 1996, 1999).
The treatment used in the workshops is a combined CBT approach that employs relaxation, cognitive, and communication skills interventions. 
This combined approach presents the participants with options that draw on these different interventions and then encourages them to develop individualized anger control plans.

The treatment is delivered in 12 sessions over a period of 4 weeks, in these sessions an individual will be able to have an opportunity to learn progressive relaxation, role-play, draw their own anger control plan, and how to stop and control the anger cycle and much more.

Conflict Management, for stronger, happier, prosper relationships

Conflict is a normal part of any healthy relationship. After all, two people can’t be expected to agree on everything, all the time. Learning how to deal with conflict—rather than avoiding it—is crucial. When conflict is mismanaged, it can cause great harm to a relationship, but when handled in a respectful, positive way, conflict provides an opportunity to strengthen the bond between two people. By learning these skills for conflict resolution, you can keep your personal and professional relationships strong and growing
Conflict Management is essential between couples in a relationship, or in the workplace, and its also needed between parents and children for better understanding each others behaviour respectfully.





Think about the conflicting need for safety and continuity versus the need to explore and take risks. You frequently see this conflict between toddlers and their parents. The child’s need is to explore, so the street or the cliff meets a need. But the parents’ need is to protect the child’s safety, so limiting exploration becomes a bone of contention between them.
The needs of both parties play important roles in the long-term success of most relationships, and each deserves respect and consideration.
